The Sea Wolf

The title "The Sea Wolf" evokes imagery of a fearless explorer who sails through the ocean's challenges with a sense of wild freedom. It conjures the idea of an individual who is both at home within the waves and yet an enigmatic and mysterious force of nature in their own right.

The composition is a testament to the symbiotic relationship between human and nature — the rhythmic dance of the surfer in tune with the ceaseless rhythm of the ocean.

This photograph was taken at Ehukai Beach on the North shore of Oahu using a 1960's telephoto lens and a Canon F1n.
